PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until we are ready to process and ship your order. You may also purchase with a check or money order by mailing it with a printed copy of your order. That option will be given to you when you are ready to check out. Your order may be delayed until personal checks have cleared. Sorry, no C.O.D.s accepted.

For customers wishing to pay using PayPal, please let us know. 

SHIPPING/HANDLING:

At the present time, basic shipping charges are automatically added to your order. Please note that the following charges will be added to your order when you submit it. If you are sending a check with a printed order, please use these guidelines. Sometimes we have free shipping specials. Please check the online store for this. Thank you.

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or US Mail. Our basic shipping and handling fees within the United States, are listed here.

International Orders:

Due to the increase in shipping charges we have had to change our policy on international orders. After we receive your order, we will calculate the cost based on weight and destination. We will then send you an email notifying you of the total Shipping/Handling charges. (Please make sure we have a valid email address for contacting you.) After we receive a reply from you accepting these charges, we will process your order.

We will only ship to countries for which we can insure your package.  If your country is one that we cannot insure to, we will notify you.

For all of our customers, we will send an email confirmation with total shipping charges added and estimated date of delivery within two business days. If you do not receive this, please call us Toll Free at 888-870-2008 or 716-693-0709 to verify that your order has been processed. Thank you.

NOTE: Most items are shipped within 2 - 4 business days from the time we receive your order. If an item is backordered, you will be notified, and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

SECURITY POLICY:  We do not sell mailing lists or any other personal data.  Your order is secure with us and so is your private information. 

WARRANTY:  90 Day limited manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

RETURN POLICY: Within  30 days for most items, as long as it is in original packaging and saleable as new merchandise.  RA# is required.
